Historique :	Nous apprenons dans cette inscription le nom du mayeur de Ligny en 1505 : " RALAR " jusqu'alors inconnu. Cette cloche n'est pas à son emplacement d'origine. Son inscription peut laisser penser qu'elle se trouvait autrefois dans le beffroi de l'hôtel de ville en compa¬gnie de deux autres cloches de 1578. Cette cloche sonne les heures actuellement.
