Précision sur l'inscription :	Epitaphe (en capitales romaines) : au pied de cet autel a été déposé le corps de Mr Jean Humbert décedé le 10 Mars 1718 âgé de 87 années lequel par son testament olographe du 14 janvier même année 1718 a fondé en cette église quatre services composez chacun des vigiles et laudes d'une messe haute de morts et d'un libera me à la fin avec les prières accoutumées qui se feront tous les ans à perpétuité à savoir deux jours le repos de son âme un le jour de son décès et l'autre le lendemain de la saint Jean et les deux autres pour Marguerite Humbert son épouse décédée le 22 janvier 1716 âgée de 80 ans qui se chanteront aussi un le jour de sa mort et l'autre le lendemain de la sainte Marguerite. Requiescant in Pace amen.
