Historique :	G.B. Desban fût curé de Dun en 1687. L'archevêque de Reims, Ch.M. Le Tellier dans une visite pastorale de 1696 loua fort le zèle et l'intelligence de ce curé.

Epitaphe : ci gît dom (au dieu très bon très grand) il fût pieux prudent humble modeste sobre chaste et doux aussi longtemps que la vie présente anima les membres de son corps. Jean-Baptiste Desban pendant 36 ans pasteur de l'église de Dun mourut dans le seigneur à l'âge de 72 ans le 28e jour de septembre l'an du seigneur 1730. [Dalle] offerte par Louis Charles David bachelier en Sorbonne son successeur qu'il repose en paix (transcription).
