Historique :	Cette Vierge à l'Enfant est un chef d'oeuvre, une des plus belle du département de la Meuse, un modèle d'équilibre, de proportions parfaites, d'élégance. Les détails sont minutieusement étudiés et la composition est une réussite. Il se dégage de cette sculpture gothique une impression de douceur, de tendresse et de réalisme profondément humain.
