Description :	Pierre plate et lisse, encadrée d'une moulure flanquée de deux têtes d'angelots aux ailes repliées, et surmontée d'un fronton triangulaire brisé. Au centre du fronton, un écu ovale a été effacé. Sous la plaque, une guirlande sculptée porte l'inscription memento mori de part et d'autre d'une tête de mort.
