Précision sur_l'état :	En 2005 : état général satisfaisant. Toutefois, la partie arrière de l'autel reste assez humide. Certaines parties en bois sont abîmées (bois spongieux). Noter également un écaillage partiel de la dorure sur les chapiteaux et les moulures des colonnes.
Précision_sur la representation :	Le tombeau, de plan rectangulaire et d'élévation droite, porte sur le devant un décor floral stylisé. Il est surmonté de deux gradins portant un tabernacle, lui-même surmonté d'un retable-baldaquin. Le tabernacle est architecturé et flanqué d'ailerons. Le retable baldaquin est constitué des quatre colonnes à chapiteaux surmontées de volutes soutenant un dais surmonté d'un panier floral.
