Précision_sur la representation :	La Vierge est assise devant une tenture rouge. Elle a les cheveux ramenés dans un fichu. Elle tient, dans son bras gauche, l'Enfant Jésus. Ce dernier, souriant passe un anneau perlé autour de l'index droit de sainte Catherine et lui sourit. Sainte Catherine est représentée en princesse royale avec des cheveux longs ondulés ornés d'une couronne de fleurs et d'un diadème en or. Elle est vêtue d'une robe blanche et d'un manteau rouge broché d'or et porte un collier à double rang de perles. Elle pose sa main gauche sur sa poitrine. On aperçoit, en bas à gauche, la roue de son supplice.
